    SUBMISSION: The 2012 Liquid Honey Contest Display in the Agriculture-Horticulture Building at the Minnesota State Fair.  Same as last year and every year that I’ve ever been there (31 years?).  My favorite part of the fair.  It amazes me how consistent these displays are from year to year.  LIQUID (EXTRACTED) HONEYQuality honey, containing no more than 18.6% moisture, packed in one (1) lb. queenline or classic jars, fittedwith appropriate metal or plastic lids. Entry to consist of 12 jars/bottles.
